The Merge Channel Client Executive is an experienced, enterprise level, direct contributor channel salesperson responsible for selling Merge branded products through channel relationships, both regionally and globally. This role requires a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry from an Enterprise Imaging perspective; leads the sales pursuit strategies for their named accounts and new logo; and leverages the full spectrum of Merative’s resources to deliver value to other OEM’s, Imaging Partners, non-traditional markets, and IT resellers, so they can achieve their business objectives.

Essential Job Duties 

  • Build relationships with targeted global channel Partners, that have a core need to resell Merge branded offerings.
  • Focus on continual development and progression of a pipeline of new business opportunities with Partners in both the US, as well as UK and greater Europe.
  • Build and execute “go to market” strategies to drive sales in assigned sales region and effectively and strategically qualify and win opportunities.
  • Deliver sales to meet or exceed annual quota within assigned territory.
  • Assume primary responsibility for the total customer relationship throughout the length of the contract. Manage and monitor client satisfaction, including recommending strategies to continuously enhance Partner satisfaction
  • Effectively build relationships, collaborate, and partner with a cross-functional Merative team
  • Effectively engage in complex negotiations with Partners for renewals and contracting
  • Maintain regular contact with senior and executive-level decision makers – utilizing both on-site sales visits and remote communication for assigned prospects.
  • Represent Merge by Merative at industry conferences and meetings.

Required Experience and Skills:

  •  10+ years’ successful track record selling Enterprise Imaging solutions through a global Partner channel – not just within the US
  • Thorough understanding of channel sales from both a reseller (VAR), OEM, and non-traditional reseller model
  • Understanding of core Enterprise Imaging products, preferably PACS, VNA, and other advanced solutions
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Proven ability to build sales pipeline and progress opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution 
  • Has both a tactical/operational and strategic orientation.
  • Strong ability to work independently, while is also a team player.

Preferred Experience Skills:  

  • 15+ years’ successful track record selling Enterprise Imaging solutions through a global Partner channel
  • Established existing channel relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree
