We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our summer internship program for 8 weeks onsite in Austin, Texas. As an intern with us, you will gain hands-on experience while working alongside your dedicated mentor and building connections with various other team members.


Favor’s Merchandising team is looking for an intern to support us in ensuring our app's menus are accurate, well-structured, and optimized for user experience. Accurate and well-organized menus contribute to an optimized ordering experience, leading to increased customer satisfaction and higher request rates. As an intern you will help reduce friction in the ordering process, minimize errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency. By developing a scalable menu audit process, this role will also support long-term improvements in menu management, ensuring consistency and quality across our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in creating and optimizing digital menus for merchants in our app
  • Conduct menu audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with platform standards
  • Identify and flag discrepancies or missing items in existing menus
  • Collaborate with the content team to build a scalable menu audit process
  • Analyze menu data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Support the merchandising team with additional tasks related to menu operations
  • Assist with documentation and process standardization for future audits

  • You have strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure content accuracy
  • You are proficient in data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets to organize and audit large datasets effectively
  • You have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and operations, to improve processes
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to optimizing digital content for user experience
