As a Product Manager, you will oversee and refine the processes that transform promising ideas into viable projects. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive product and market research for new ideas, defining success criteria for prototypes, and verifying hypotheses through experiments and prototypes.
In this role, you will perform both as a tracker and an entrepreneur in residence:
Set up, maintain, and improve the incubation processes for ideas from exploration to validation
Support multiple teams and projects through the early stages of product discovery
Conduct product and market research to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses
Define success metrics for new products and measure their progress
Maintain visibility over the portfolio of incubated projects
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, researchers, designers, and developers involved in innovation projects
Required skills and experience:
- Have at least five years of product management experience or equivalent
- Bonus points if you were part of any accelerator or incubator as a founder, mentor or tracker.
- Have experience launching new products from scratch and leading them to achieve product/market fit
- Have a deep understanding of product metrics and strong research skills
- Be ready to learn new technologies and become an active user
- Be comfortable working on multiple products simultaneously and able to switch contexts effectively
- Enjoy working across multiple domains and helping others turn ideas into tangible outcomes
- Be proficient in English with strong spoken and written communication skills
