Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Opracowywanie i realizacja indywidualnych planów współpracy z kluczowymi ekspertami zewnętrznymi, zgodnych ze strategią marek i priorytetami terapeutycznymi.
  • Planowanie i prowadzenie działań z udziałem ekspertów (m.in. spotkania typu ekspert–ekspert, omówienia przypadków klinicznych, spotkania eksperckie, aktywności podczas kongresów).
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie długoterminowych relacji opartych na zaufaniu z ekspertami zewnętrznymi oraz zapewnienie właściwej dokumentacji i zgodności działań z obowiązującymi zasadami.
  • Aktywna praca w terenie oraz zbieranie informacji dotyczących praktyki klinicznej, wyzwań decyzyjnych i barier we współpracy z ekspertami.
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami marketingu, spraw medycznych oraz innymi działami, w celu zapewnienia spójności działań z celami biznesowymi.
  • Identyfikowanie i adresowanie barier we współpracy (klinicznych, percepcyjnych, dostępowych, behawioralnych) poprzez wspólne planowanie działań z zespołami wewnętrznymi i ekspertami.
  • Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości raportowania oraz gromadzenia informacji w systemach do zarządzania relacjami z klientami (np. Veeva lub systemach równoważnych).
  • Monitorowanie działań konkurencji oraz opinii ekspertów zewnętrznych i przekazywanie rekomendacji wspierających decyzje biznesowe.
  • Zapewnienie, że wszystkie działania są prowadzone zgodnie z politykami firmy, lokalnymi przepisami oraz wymaganiami działów medycznych, prawnych i regulacyjnych.
  • Pełnienie roli wewnętrznego punktu odniesienia w zakresie najlepszych praktyk współpracy z ekspertami zewnętrznymi i realizacji działań komercyjnych.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (licencjackie lub magisterskie) w obszarze nauk przyrodniczych, farmacji, biznesu, marketingu lub pokrewnym; dodatkowe studia podyplomowe będą atutem.
  • Co najmniej 5 lat doświadczenia w branży farmaceutycznej w obszarze komercyjnym, spraw medycznych lub współpracy z ekspertami zewnętrznymi, najlepiej w rolach terenowych.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z kluczowymi ekspertami klinicznymi oraz we wspieraniu wyników biznesowych marek.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami do zarządzania relacjami z klientami (np. Veeva lub inne systemy CRM).
  • Umiejętność myślenia strategicznego, orientacja na pacjenta oraz dobra znajomość realiów biznesowych.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności budowania relacji, komunikacji i wywierania wpływu.
  • Gotowość do częstych podróży służbowych na terenie kraju.
  • Wysokie standardy etyczne oraz silna orientacja na działanie zgodne z przepisami i zasadami firmy.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 207,000 to PLN 345,000 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
