Job Description

As a consultant at Sopra Steria’s clients’ working on digital transformation projects, you’ll frequently utilise Mendix for developing mobile and web applications.
With Mendix, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable apps that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial for troubleshooting and optimising app performance on the platform. Our experts adore Mendix for its ability to accelerate development cycles, enhance collaboration between business and IT, and improve operational efficiency. Your role will involve leveraging Mendix’s capabilities to support agile methodologies, ensuring rapid delivery and continuous improvement of applications for our clients. 

Our Developers specialise in application and software development while seamlessly integrating systems, so we never lose sight of our business goals. With an eye towards user experience and productivity, you’ll design, code, and test new functionalities while troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and keeping technical documentation in order. Our developers love to design and are always informed of the latest design trends. When fulfilling day-to-day tasks, you’ll always be ready with a solution when there’s a problem. You’ll also collaborate with other teams and never miss a detail so you can deliver solutions that meet Sopra Steria’s quality standards. 

Within our area, Enterprise Lowcode & Web Applications, we help client organizations with Lowcode and modern web technologies in their digital acceleration. We do this in distinctive ways that are recognized by our clients, who especially appreciate our focus on quality, flexibility, and customer-oriented approach. This allows us to enhance the engagement with citizens, customers, and employees for our clients.

In our area, more than 120 (mostly young) professionals work in a logical and fitting professional environment. There is a lot of collaboration in the development of (new) propositions. It’s a dynamic team where constant improvement is the norm and making an impact is our main drive. 

Qualifications
