Key Responsibilities
- Execute localized marketing strategies for new MENA programs, launches, and strategic partnerships
- Implement integrated marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, content, and events
- Develop and manage regional program pages, social media content calendars, and email communications in coordination with central teams
- Adapt global marketing assets for MENA audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance (Arabic proficiency a plus)
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations across tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, and CMS platforms
- Support event marketing and on-the-ground awareness for demo days, webinars, and ecosystem activations
- Create marketing assets across formats, social graphics, email templates, landing pages, and partner kits
- Track and report on campaign performance, helping refine our regional marketing playbook over time
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing deliverables
- Maintain marketing workflows and documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the MENA region, ideally with exposure to startups, venture, accelerators, or innovation programs
- Proven track record executing marketing campaigns across social, email, and event channels
- Strong writing and content development skills, with excellent communication in English
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, able to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver under pressure
- Comfortable working with marketing data, dashboards, and performance tracking tools
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and regional innovation stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Airtable, Notion, Canva, Figma, Google Suite, Zapier, and CMS platforms like Strapi or Builder
- Exposure to event marketing and coordination, including trade shows, pitch events, and founder showcases
- Self-starter mindset with a bias toward execution and continuous learning
