Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Membership Support Associate to help expand our sales capacity by owning initial outbound prospect outreach and supporting foundational membership tasks. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive first impression for potential members and ensuring a smooth, responsive early-stage sales experience.The Membership Support Associate will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective members, helping generate and warm leads through timely, professional communication. By managing early outreach and coordination, this role allows our Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager to focus on touring, relationship-building, and closing.
This position offers hands-on exposure to membership sales operations, guest experience, and lead management within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
Send initial outreach emails and text messages to prospective members using established templates and processes
Assist with basic membership and lead-management tasks, including updating records and tracking outreach activity
Help ensure communication with prospects is timely, organized, and consistent
Respond to basic inquiries and route warm or complex leads to Membership Sales Representatives as appropriate
Support the membership team with administrative or coordination tasks related to prospect communication
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling member and prospect information
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interest in learning more about membership, sales, or guest experience
Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable
Strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals
Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others
Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
