We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for a part-time Membership Services position.

Work Schedule:a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }  Part-time hours averaging 15 hours per week; seeking candidate available for mid-day shifts (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and occasional weekends.

Purpose and Impact:

  • Practice Intentionality: 
    • Serve as the primary contact, creating a warm and professional environment for all members. Handle all inquiries, payments, and concerns with care.
  • Drive Community Growth: 
    • Actively engage with current and prospective members through facility tours and interviews to promote memberships and programs. Proactively generate new prospects through consistent follow-up, tracking, and collaboration with program teams
  • Exemplify Core Values: 
    • Uphold Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility while handling check-ins, cash management, and maintaining an organized lobby and workspace.
  • Data Management & Program Support:
    • Perform essential clerical tasks, manage data entry/retrieval, communicate program details, and assist with registrations. Be proactive with knowledge of all program information and changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    • H.S. diploma or equivalent required
    • 1 - 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
    • Knowledge of customer service, excellent communication skills, and PC ability required.
  • Certifications:
    • First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).

Once a conditional offer is made, candidates will be subject to criminal background check, drug screen, and will be asked to provide criminal history. Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service knowledge
  • PC/computer proficiency and data entry ability
  • First Aid and CPR certifications (training provided and paid for)
  • Availability for part-time schedule averaging 15 hours/week including mid-day shifts (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and occasional weekends
  • Ability to handle cash management and maintain an organized lobby/workspace
  • Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug screen
