The Membership Services Representative (MSR) is the first point of contact for YMCA members and visitors, providing excellent customer service and support for all membership-related activities. The MSR ensures a welcoming, safe, and positive environment that reflects the YMCA’s mission and core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and visitors warmly and provide excellent customer service.

Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and account management.

Provide information about YMCA programs, schedules, and facility use.

Handle payments, check-ins, and membership-related inquiries efficiently and accurately.

Manage member concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front desk and lobby area.

Support YMCA programs and events as needed, including administrative assistance.
