This is a high-activity, high-impact role — think 100+ outbound prospect touchpoints per week — built for someone who thrives on momentum, loves the hunt, and finds genuine satisfaction in connecting the right people to the right solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Own the top of the funnel — identify and research high-value prospects in the hearing care space, generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
- Make things happen — conduct 100+ weekly outbound prospect calls, positioning Audigy as the business solution that helps independent hearing care providers grow and thrive
- Set the table for success — schedule discovery calls and membership overview presentations that give our RSMs the best possible shot at closing
- Be a strategic partner — collaborate with sales leadership to build and execute an annual business development plan aligned to growth targets
- Stay sharp — gather market intelligence, complete Information Discovery Forms, secure NDAs, and ensure every prospect interaction is thoughtfully followed up
- Keep the team informed — deliver clear monthly summaries of pipeline activity and results, helping leadership make smart, data-driven decisions
- Show up — support company events and initiatives as needed, representing the Audigy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A proven track record in sales or business development — you know how to prospect, persevere, and perform
- High phone confidence — you're comfortable making cold calls and turning cold conversations into warm relationships
- Strong organizational skills — you can manage a large, active pipeline without letting anything slip through the cracks
- Excellent communication skills — you listen actively, speak clearly, and write professionally
- A collaborative mindset — you work well with sales teams and understand that your success is tied to theirs
- Technology proficiency, including MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent relevant work experience
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel of up to 10%
- For candidates based in the Portland/Vancouver metro area, a hybrid work option is available

- This is a full-time role Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain
- This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time
- This position may require standing for long periods of time
