Performing day-to-day operational tasks related to enrollment, billing, and reconciliation of Medicare and Medicaid member data and payments

Applying analytical skills to safeguard data integrity and payment accuracy across the membership lifecycle
Maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation of the work you perform to support CMS and organizational compliance requirements
Spotting opportunities to improve workflows and processes within operational guidelines, and bringing those ideas to your team
Exploring how AI and large language model (LLM) tools could support work like data review, exception identification, and pattern detection, and sharing what you learn with the team
Collaborating with teammates and cross-functional partners, soliciting feedback, and contributing practical insights in team meetings and process improvement initiatives
Staying current on operational knowledge, internal systems, and CMS and state regulatory requirements
.
Required skills and experience:
1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, Medicare Advantage, enrollment, billing, or data reconciliation
Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in high-volume, data-driven work
