Summary:

In this role, you will partner with 340B stakeholders to support PVP membership needs through recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing account management.  You will initiate, receive and respond to inquiries from all stakeholders regarding the 340B Drug Pricing and Prime Vendor Programs products and services. You will provide responses methodology and data source questions from internal teams through use of available data sources, documentation processes, and data methodology tools.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to effectively manage expectations.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal staff, business/government partners, healthcare entities and other stakeholders.
• Support incoming interactions as normally received and out-going interactions associated with a specific campaign or customer-facing activity.
• Provide accurate product and service information for customers by researching multiple databases for resolution and demonstrating attention to detail.
• Prepare analysis and related recommendations in accordance with established guidelines or stakeholder needs; communicates outcomes back to internal and external audiences.
• Research and identify relevant data sources; incorporates understanding of business drivers into analysis.
• Define requirements for dashboards and/or reports that enable information sharing with stakeholders and internal staff.
• Works closely with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Receives minimal guidance to develop and maintain data sets.
• Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP) by making necessary updates to PVP membership processes.
• Identify topics, organize content and facilitate PVP membership training as needed.
• Provide 340B University live events and trade show conference support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Access and
  PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Action oriented, high initiative, good problem-solving skills, and independent thinking.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
