IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS
In Ihrem Einsatzgebiet organisieren, steuern und führen Sie das Service Team.
Im Rahmen des Bestandskundenmanagement sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden
Sie verantworten außerdem das Instandhaltungs-, Wartungs- sowie Reparaturgeschäft und analysieren Störungen.
Zudem leben Sie unseren wichtigsten Unternehmenswert „Sicherheit“ Tag für Tag und gehen mit gutem Beispiel voran
Weiterhin spielt die Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter für Sie eine wichtige Rolle
Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf arbeiten Sie eng mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen (bspw. Teamassistenz, Sales Support, Qualitätsmanagement) zusammen
IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG
Sie bringen einen Abschluss zum Meister oder Techniker bzw. einen technischen Studienabschluss mit
Weiterhin haben Sie bereits einschlägige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrungen im Bestandskundenmanagement gesammelt
Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
Ihre ausgeprägte Durchsetzungs-, Problemlöse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Ihr Organisationsgeschick zeichnen Sie aus
Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Ergebnisorientierung
Zudem besitzen Sie einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
