The M&E Project Analyst supports the RAV - Request a Vendor Team in Meetings & Events. In the position will manage work related to collect information, been in contact with colleagues. Internal support to ensure SOPs (Standard Operations Procedure). Data management into GBT’s tools. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with extreme attention to details, and a get it done.

what You´ll Do on a Typical Day:

• Communicate optimally to collect information.
• Review and validate information.
• Review and validate SOPs documents/process
• Work with internal stakeholders (Meeting Planners) to ensure accurate information is provided.
• Track and report activities
• Actively participate to improve inter-departmental processes and communications
• Manage personal workload to reach goals.
• Open to participate in new projects of the area
• Work with a sense of urgency to ensure department Service Level Agreement is met.
• Perform as a team player and as an individual contributor.

What We´re Looking For:

• Knowledge of Meetings & Events industry is a plus
• Knowledge of NetSuite, but not required
• Communication skills and follow processes
• Spanish language is a must
• Advanced English oral and written presentation skills required
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple demands
• Ability to be flexible and handle change well.
• Ability and skill in finding more inquisitive, innovative ways to complete a task
• Strong ability to work both as a teammate and on own
• Microsoft knowledge is required. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc…
