Are you passionate about creating exceptional event experiences? We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Meetings & Events Sales Executive to join our opening team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, converting business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless journey for our guests from the initial enquiry through to the successful delivery of their event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to Meetings & Events enquiries, preparing tailored proposals and quotations.

  • Convert enquiries into confirmed business while maximizing revenue opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the planning process.

  • Conduct hotel site inspections and showcase our meeting and event facilities.

  • Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure every event is executed seamlessly and exceeds guest expectations.

  • Prepare event orders, contracts and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records and update sales systems in a timely manner.

  • Support the achievement of departmental revenue goals and guest satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Meetings & Events, Sales, or Reservation role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel sales systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
