Essential ingredients:

- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
Responsibilities:
- Delivering fantastic service to our guests across all F&B Outlets, with the focus on Meeting & Events operations (Banqueting) during both morning and evening shifts.
- Delivering unforgettable moments to our guests in all F&B Outlets.
- Ensuring smooth operations by setting up and checking the meeting rooms
- Preparing guest bills and handling the payment
- Solving guest complaints with creativity and a positive approach
- Bringing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations
