This position will report directly to the Digital & Marketing Lead while also supporting digital and marketing activities under the supervision of the Digital & CRM Manager. This role emphasizes practical management of CRM programs, execution of campaigns, data management, and reporting. The executive is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized CRM databases-, aiding in customer lifecycle communications, and assisting in the setup and optimization of CRM and digital marketing platforms.
This position is well-suited for candidates who are keen to develop skills in CRM, digital marketing, and customer engagement within a multifaceted environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implements directives from management to coordinate and conduct CRM and marketing tasks.
- Implements CRM programs set up and operations.
- Handle digital assets including CRM database and ACUVUE website to ensure the information is up to date.
- Create and embrace communication materials.
- Support in customer and consumer inquiries related to digital marketing and CRM programs.
- Interacts with contributors, external agencies, sales team, and cross-functional colleagues to implement projects and tasks. Occasional trade visits are required for business needs.
- Maintain database and reporting i.e. CRM program progress, competition & category update, market share update, sales update and campaign update. Support in presentation, analytic and research process.
- Provide general administrative support to department, including running correspondence, scheduling meetings and SOP.
- Support in department in running system and approval process in a compliance and timely manner.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and electronic filing systems.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- 1– 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in multinational companies (MNC) or fast-paced environments is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Excellence in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Diligent, proactive, and able to implement multiple projects simultaneously.
