Job responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Medium Business Analyst, to contribute to the successful implementation of projects, ensuring efficient coordination of resources and alignment with organizational goals.
Based in Slatina, within the HQ Information Technology Department, the candidate, reporting directly to the Head of the IT Delivery Logistics, will have the following responsibilities:
1. AMS (Application Management Services) and IT Projects Delivery:
• The candidate will be accountable for the delivery of AMS and IT project activities, primarily focusing on SAP systems but also extending support to other central systems in the strategic metals domain.
• This includes managing resources, timelines, and ensuring successful project completion
2. SAP Kernel and Cross-Interface Governance:
• The candidate will have governance responsibilities for the SAP Kernel and cross-interfaces with other central systems, collaborating with Local IT, respective IT Business Partners and HQ Business Team Leaders.
3. Roll-outs and Implementation Projects:
• During roll-outs and implementation projects, the candidate will provide support for Fit-gap preparation, design of new functionalities, execution, data migration activities, testing, training, and post go-live support.
• Maintain and update master data related to materials, vendors, and customers in SAP.
• Support SAP customizing activities in line with business requirements.
• Manage and process logistics flows in SAP, such as goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers etc.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management activities.
• Identify and resolve system or data discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Assist in testing SAP enhancements, updates, and new implementations.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
• Contribute to Fit-Gap analysis by helping identify differences between business requirements and standard / kernel SAP functionality.
• Support data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, and upload into SAP systems
• Support the Prototype phase by assisting in system configuration, testing scenarios, and validating business processes.
• Participate in the Key User Testing (KUT) phase by executing test cases, reporting issues, and supporting business users.
• Assist in Go-Live preparation and execution, including data validation, user support, and issue resolution during system transition.
• Provide post-go-live support to ensure system stability and smooth adoption by end users.
4. Documentation and Process Maintenance:
• The candidate will be accountable for creating and maintaining documentation related to new technical solutions, including manuals for end users and Kernel processes:

Essential Skills and Experience
We are looking for a IT SAP SD Medium Logistics Business Analyst with the following skills and motivations:
• At least 4+ years professional experience working with SAP SD, SAP S4-HANA (Sales and Distribution) as business analyst, within multinational companies;
• Deeply knowledge on Logistics execution flows (SAP module SD: Sales and Distribution);
• Knowledge on master data & customizing Configuration.
• A Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration and Economics or equivalent
• Extensive experience working with the SAP SD module integration points with other SAP modules and customization options.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including system configuration, custom development, and testing. Good knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging will be considered a plus.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives. Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international project teams, ensuring timely project deliverables, managing stakeholder expectations, and coordinating activities with internal and external partners.
• Good training attitude to speed up the team members growth and educational process
• Able to meet strict deadline and work under pressure
• Good English written and oral communication skills
• International mobility
• Nice to have knowledge of Fiori app and AI solutions
• Desirable technical Knowledge SAP ERP 4.6, ECC 6.0, SAP S4-HANA or SAP RISE
