- 5-7 years of project management experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in business, operations, digital or commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management and reporting.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Effective stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
- A proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- PMQ, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and outcome-focused approach.
