As a Medior Product Designer, you’ll create intuitive, well-crafted product experiences that turn complex shipping workflows into simple, enjoyable interactions. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and other stakeholders to turn insights into impact — from early ideas to polished solutions.
What you will do in this role 🧐In this role, you design product experiences that help businesses ship smarter and with less friction. The work spans across the Sendcloud platform and different problem spaces, depending on where impact is needed most. You contribute to both feature development and broader product improvements, always with a focus on clarity, usability and visual quality.
Design sits close to the product. You work together with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to explore problems, shape ideas and turn them into clear, usable and well crafted solutions. From early concepts to detailed design, the focus is on making complex workflows feel simple and intuitive.
The role covers the full design process within a clear scope. This includes exploring product challenges, contributing to discovery and research, and translating insights into strong concepts, flows and interfaces. Solutions are iterated on using feedback, data and technical input, with attention to both user needs and business goals.
Ownership is taken over end to end design work within your area, while working closely with others. This means making thoughtful trade offs, knowing when to explore and when to keep things simple. The work contributes to a consistent and recognizable Sendcloud experience, with room to learn, improve and enjoy the process.
What we’re looking for ✨Medior Product Designer with strong UX and UI fundamentals
3–5 years of experience designing digital products
Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams
A strong portfolio that shows your process, thinking and decision-making
Solid visual design skills and a good sense of aesthetics
Comfortable working across the full end-to-end design process
Strong understanding of design systems and scalable UI patterns
Clear, thoughtful communicator
Confident, open to feedback and comfortable taking ownership
Experience designing complex B2B products
Background in e-commerce, logistics or shipping-related domains
Familiarity with modern product development practices
Interest in new tools and emerging ways of working, including GenAI
Basic understanding of web technologies and technical constraints
