Our founders Maarten and Dimitri started Loop back with a big idea. And a chronic ringing in their ears. Shape the future of audio innovation as our Funnel Experimentation expert. At Loop, you'll drive our growth by optimizing conversion rates and maximizing return on ad spend through on-page experimentation. Your experiments will revolutionize how we connect with customers, turning data into groundbreaking strategies that amplify out performance marketing impact across global markets.

As a our Funnel Experimentation Expert, you'll boost CVR, skyrocket ROI and lead landing page experiments. You'll develop cutting-edge A/B tests and multivariate on-page experiments across our funnel stages, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in customer acquisition. You'll create, own and execute a roadmap for landing page  experimentation that aligns perfectly with our ambitious goals, collaborating with our performance and Shopify teams to innovate customer journeys for diverse paid media communication angles. Your insights will be the driving force behind our marketing decisions, influencing resource allocation and campaign priorities across the entire organization.

Your other responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and execute multivariate landing page testings
  • Drive resource allocation across paid media in accordance with landing page performance
  • Generate and present impactful monthly and quarterly reports on funnel experiments
  • Develop and own our funnel testing roadmap
  • Partner with Paid Social, Paid Search, Shopify and CRO teams to ensure smooth test execution
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities in unexplored market segments

How you'll succeed as a Growth Marketeer at Loop

You're a data-driven innovator with a passion for experimentation. Your analytical mindset allows you to spot trends and opportunities others miss, while your creative thinking helps you devise unique solutions to complex problems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of delivering measurable results through your funnel optimization strategies.

These key competences will set you up for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
  • Expertise in Building landing pages, A/B and multivariate experimentation tools like Replo and Convert
  • Deep understanding of paid media channels like Meta, Tik Tok and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools like GA4
  • Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform
