Job Description
► Develop and implement complex, reliable, and high-quality web applications to support business cases
► Contribute to greenfield projects by designing and building applications from the ground up
► Enhance existing applications with further frontend/backend development and performance improvements
► Be a core member in an agile team, actively shaping our development processes
► Identify process improvements, propose creative solutions, and develop new features
► Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from planning to implementation
► Drive change management and ensure smooth transitions
► Manage and resolve bugs, ensuring application stability and performance
Qualifications
► Experience in backend development with .NET or Java
► Frontend expertise in React or Angular
► Strong database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL)
► A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
► A passion for agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
