We need your help to design, build and run the Rabobank GenAI Portal that is as valuable for our users as it is exciting for us to develop. As a Full-Stack Engineer you will join a multi-disciplinary team where you will have end-to-end responsibility for your solutions.
Practical examplesDesign and build a scalable, secure and cost-effective portal through which GenAI capabilities can be deployed
Pair-program with team members to solve critical or complex problems
Develop new ways to give the team relying on GenAI capabilities the access and in insights into our area’s building blocks

You & your talentProven experience in bringing IT systems into production.
2+ years of Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
Proficiency in Python for automation, API development. (mandatory)
Proficiency in React (necessary)
Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical teams
Experience in working in highly regulated environments
Technical Leadership:
Design, implement and release features end-to-end using backend (Python), frontend (React) and Azure Devops pipelines.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Biceps.
Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Business to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor for application and to a lesser extent infrastructure design and implementation.

- You are developing a managed standardized service. As part of the service offering you give consumers insights into the cloud costs associated with running their service. While developing a dashboard to show these costs you quickly realize that you can only do a handful of API calls to Azure cost management per minute. How do you overcome this problem?
- In the Nebula squad we need to trigger pipelines in response to buttons being pressed in our web application. Explain how you would make this possible. What kind of risks do you see? What kind of mitigations can you come up with?
- You are developing a python package that is used by other teams in the bank. You want to make sure that the package works and is tested before you publish it and make it available to the teams using it. How do you arrange the DevOps processes to ensure this?
