As a Business Analyst, you ensure that our customers are optimally and efficiently supported in our business processes through information provision. You are a link between the business, our IT organization, and third parties. You manage various applications and processes. You advise and inform the user organization and test new and existing functionalities. You understand the Investing processes, can answer stakeholders' questions, and enjoy delving into and solving incidents.

What you are going to do
You will work within the domain of Secure & Reliable Products. Here we manage the digital portals of our Investing customers. Thousands of mutations take place here annually, and you will ensure that these run as smoothly as possible. If a mutation or process gets stuck, you will solve it and also suggest process improvements or solutions to prevent such problems in the future. You understand how important management and reliability is, and you do everything to ensure that our customers and users have a stable and fast digital experience.
As a Business Analyst, you have the following tasks:
- You resolve questions and incidents regarding our Investing products within agreed timelines
- You inform both users and stakeholders about the incident's priority and expected resolution times
- You test new/modified functionalities and Europort+ releases
- You automate monitoring to quickly identify disruptions in service delivery and possibly prevent them in the future
- You automate repetitive operational tasks to work more efficiently
- You participate in our Scrum rituals (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, and retro)

Who you are
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least a Bachelor's degree
- Ideally has knowledge and experience in the financial sector, with specific knowledge of investing
- Is familiar with the Agile way of working
- Has basic knowledge of SQL data and scripting
- Has experience with/knowledge of ITIL processes
- Has experience with test automation
- Is up for a challenge, enjoys working collaboratively, and likes to work intensively with both their own team and colleagues from other departments
Who you will work with
You will be part of the domain of Secure & Reliable Products. Within this domain, you will work in the Investing team. This team is responsible for a large part of the operational tasks for our Investing products. The team also ensures that the Investing products comply with relevant laws and regulations. The Investing team has in-depth expertise and a drive to ensure that the business keeps running smoothly. The team includes not only business analysts but also IT engineers and product specialists. Together, they have extensive experience in managing applications.
We work hybrid at NN. Together with your team, you determine where, when, and how you work. The team works two days a week in the office. The location of this position is at Haagse Poort in The Hague.
