Objectives
- Achieves the established goals for the district/area, such as sales, market share, and doctor calls.
- Listens and responds appropriately to customer needs and maintains a positive impression.
- Maintains the required technical expertise, including competitive product knowledge.
- Uses accurate communication and proper medical terminology.
- Plans and organizes daily sales call activities.
- Develops and implements alternative operating plans to achieve objectives accordingly, taking daily decisions after weighing alternatives and their consequences.
- Works under the daily direction of the District Manager and closely with other field force representatives.
- Cooperates with various headquarters departments when necessary.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with external contacts.
Requirements
- Trilingual ability.
- Medical degree.
- Computer skills are a must.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing.
- Interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Consistent with Pfizer's core values.
- Ability to communicate fluently with people outside the organization.
- Reporting skills.
