Job Description:
Dentsu Finland is a global marketing communications company in the center of Helsinki. Our Media team that is in charge of media planning and buying is now looking for multiple trainees for a six-month period. Join our fun and energetic team where you can learn everything there is to know about online and offline marketing while working with some of the biggest advertisers in Finland.
We are looking for 3 trainees to join the following teams:

Digital (social & programmatic)

Search (Paid search & SEO)

Broadcast (TV, video, streaming and Youtube, audio & cinema)
Main Responsibilities
Our team’s main responsibility are media planning and media buying across outdoor, print, TV, radio, cinema, digital and search. We are looking for trainees, who are interested in media advertising overall and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities would be in the following areas:
Trainee, Media team

Assisting the team with managing media campaigns for example offer inquiries, campaign bookings, creating technical specifications, set ups, optimization, and invoicing as well as internal and external reporting duties.
The Ideal Candidate
You have an interest in media and marketing. This position requires a solid interest in media buying, numeric accuracy and good Excel skills. You will either soon graduate or already have a University or Polytechnic level degree. We expect you to be able to work independently, show attention to detail and be enthusiastic about learning new things. You are comfortable with organizational tasks and project management, so you can keep up with the fast-moving pace of our industry. You are able to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English. We use different types of tools and systems to plan and execute campaigns and full training will be provided. Any skills with Excel or other types of analytics tools are a plus.
