Our culture is one of curiosity, collaboration, proactivity and always bringing the outside, future focused perspective to our clients.

Position Summary:

Bold Orange is seeking a bold, strategic, and curious spirit to join our growing, human-led, purposeful, brave, and future-focused agency. As the Media Supervisor, you will lead media initiatives and client relationships, serving as a steady, reliable presence for both clients and the Media team. You’re ready to take on larger, more complex programs with minimal oversight, mentor and coach junior team members, and continue sharpening your strategic and leadership skills. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, love figuring out “what’s next,” and know how to translate strategy into a story that resonates with clients at every level.  We want to see your curiosity come to life at Bold Orange. Our mantra is to Stay Curious, Stay Bold, and Stay Brave. We love talent who has a passion for life and digs in to make every moment matter.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Leadership:

  • Lead the development of core strategy deliverables and set the framework and guidance for building clear storylines, with minimal oversight
  • Create nearly-final strategic briefs and media plans independently
  • Own the build-out of more complex campaigns, finding innovative uses of platforms and tools
  • Responsible for budget adherence and results across all platforms
  • Develop testing strategies and roadmaps across campaign efforts to ensure decisions and optimizations are data and market driven
  • Assess and prioritize areas of focus and impact to guide teams and clients

Client-Facing Expertise:

  • Partner with clients to develop paid media strategies that support client business objectives
  • Drive client narrative integrating organic media channels and omnichannel analytics
  • Present and make recommendations to clients with varying levels of digital marketing and business experience, in an educational and support services capacity

Team Leadership:

  • Regularly delegate to and coach junior members of the Media team, and consistently engage and inform senior Media team members
  • Utilize media tools and platforms to their highest functionality, coaching junior team members and participating in new tool exploration
  • Industry and Channel Continued Learning:
  • Stay informed on the latest thinking and best practices around digital marketing trends, media buying, and attribution to identify potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and the implications that technology has on developing strategies and execution plans
  • Solid grasp of how paid media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer (not just knowledge of one channel)
  • Ability to lead a team through larger-sized programs and navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to ingest, prioritize, and apply large amounts of information to the situation at hand
  • Strong decision-making, organization, time-management, planning, and problem-solving skills
