Squarespace is looking for a Media Strategist to join our paid social team and enhance our presence across full-funnel, global campaigns with an emphasis on performance. We are looking for a strategic-thinking and results-driven digital marketer with a history of driving conversions within direct response campaigns.

You have managed and enhanced paid social campaign strategy in either an in-house or agency position, with hands-on experience across multiple self-service buying platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.).

You will work hybrid in our New York City office and report to the Media & Acquisition Team Lead.

You'll Get To…

  • Facilitate paid social campaign strategy and execution, targeting users across formats and the full marketing funnel
  • Implement campaign strategies, creative refreshes, and tests
  • Optimize tactics, including audience, creatives, and bidding strategies
  • Implement structured and informed testing initiatives, help develop testing roadmap based on cross-functional marketing goals
  • Support the full-funnel team by surfacing insights and updating performance reports
  • Help manage relationships with current and future ad tech partners
  • Work on projects within media and other Squarespace department teams

Who We're Looking For...

  • 2+ years of experience as a paid social buyer for Direct Response campaigns
  • Knowledge of the evolution of Paid Social media and proficiency in multiple self-service buying platforms, including Meta
  • Experience optimizing large investment levels ($10M+) across multiple markets and partners based on conversion-KPIs
  • Experience with conversion tracking and performance KPIs.
  • Comfort working in Excel / Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and building reports, creating clear presentations informed by data
  • Measurement-driven, considers and implements ways of measuring effectiveness for recommended media

Cash Compensation Range: $70,500 - $95,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to receive an incentive award as part of their total compensation.
