The Integrated Media Team at Boar’s Head is responsible for leading the development of paid media strategies designed to increase brand awareness, consideration, and conversion. They act as the liaison between the brand and the external agencies who provide subject-matter expertise in the various principles of media. Using paid media channels, this team ensures that the Boar’s Head brand is placed in front of the right audience, at the right place, at the right time, with the right messaging.Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Protect and promote the Boar’s Head brand. Act as a brand steward and maintain a collaborative atmosphere within marketing, across the business, and with agency partners to reinforce the Brand’s value proposition and ensure alignment of programs.
- Assist the Media team and external agencies with the timely development and delivery of advertising, digital and social media & public relations initiatives (i.e., media plan coordination, timeline/schedule management, status meetings, content reviews, post-campaign analysis, legal and regulatory approvals, and follow-ups).
- Assist with media budget management; Responsible for receipt of media invoices, PO creation and tracking, other billing duties as assigned.
- Visit retail accounts and work with Distributors and Marketing as directed, to assist with execution of marketing initiatives in the field. Travel less than 10%.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or other closely related field, inclusive of undergraduate internships (Agency experience preferred)
- Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
- Must be organized, deadline driven, and solutions oriented.
- Experience with media billings and reconciliation, reporting, and media programs including Kantar, MRI-Simmons, etc. is preferred.
- Able to forge strong working relationships within the team, cross-functionally and with external agency and vendor partners.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to effectively present written and/or verbal information in a clear, concise manner.
- Able to actively listen, read, analyze, and interpret general information.

- Able to understand and manage timelines and status documents as they relate to projects and provide key milestone updates to team members.

Physical Demands
- Requires a significant amount of computer screen time, standing, sitting, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, lifting, reaching, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Work Environment
- This position is based out of our Sarasota HQ. It is not remote and requires working in an office environment.
- A significant amount of time will be spent in meetings, on calls and working at a desk.
