As a Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective media strategies to support our clients' business objectives. This position involves managing complex projects and high-profile clients and collaborating with a fast paced team to deliver performance, while staying current with industry trends and best practices. You will be responsible for crafting media plans, analyzing data, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with senior team members to create and implement media strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
- Take on more intricate projects and manage high-profile client accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advertising best practices to enhance strategy development.
- Build a strong understanding of media planning and campaign management, and independently manage campaign budgets.
- Analyze campaign performance data and conduct research to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns to ensure they meet performance targets and client expectations.
- Work closely with other teams to support campaign success and foster a collaborative work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience managing performance media campaigns, preferably Amazon Sponsored Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from data and, with guidance, translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to take initiative
- Highly organized and responsive with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and chart creation
- Keeps current with industry trends, innovations, and marketplace developments
