Experienced Media Sales Executive – Kingston, Canada (Hybrid: 2 Days/Week in Office)

We’re looking to expand our pipeline of energetic and talented sales professionals to help drive the commercial development of some of the world’s leading B2B titles and events – and we’re now building our Kingston, Canada sales team.

This posting is to build a talent pool for anticipated future vacancies in 2026 and beyond in our Kingston office. If you have strong media sales experience and are excited by what you read here, we’d love to hear from you.

Location & work model

  • Based in Kingston, Canada
  • Hybrid – typically 2 days per week in our Kingston office, with flexibility to work remotely on other days

What you’ll do (typical responsibilities)

On a day-to-day basis, our media sales professionals are responsible for:

  • Account management of existing customers and new business development
  • Working with some of the world’s fastest‑growing global brands
  • Enjoying the benefits of a vibrant and growing market with huge opportunities for growth

Positions typically involve:

  • Media sales – representing strong B2B media brands in various business verticals (e.g. Insurance, Mortgage, Wealth, Legal, HR, etc.)
  • Innovation – introducing new and innovative ad technology opportunities for our advertisers
  • Account management – working with clients ranging from SMEs to big corporates (direct and through agencies)
  • Business development – cultivating new business opportunities across a range of clients
  • Collaboration – working closely with a range of people across the company (sales, marketing, editorial and design)
  • Working to realistic KPIs and updating our CRM on a regular basis

About you

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

  • Have media sales experience – 3+ years of proven, successful advertising sales experience (digital/B2B experience strongly preferred)
  • Are results‑driven, self‑motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Have strong communication skills – superior client liaison, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders at agencies and brands
  • Are based in, or willing to relocate to, Kingston, Canada and can work in‑office 2 days per week as part of our hybrid model when roles become available
