Based in Enniskillen and covering the wider region, you’ll represent the well-established Impartial Reporter brand, working directly with local businesses to deliver tailored advertising strategies across both digital and print platforms.
This is not a desk-based position. You’ll be out meeting clients face-to-face, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and showing them how LOCALiQ can support their growth.
To be successful, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, as travel across the territory is essential. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday during standard office hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and territory-based prospecting
- Book and attend face-to-face meetings with local business owners and key decision-makers
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, using a consultative approach to move opportunities through the sales cycle
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and strategic advice
- Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and increasing client investment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of campaigns
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and LOCALiQ’s product offering
- Represent LOCALiQ and the Impartial Reporter brand with professionalism and credibility in the local market
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with confidence in selling to business owners and decision-makers
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling, with the ability to generate new opportunities from scratch
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing and account management
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Commercially driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in digital and/or print advertising is advantageous
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Must have access to a vehicle suitable for business use
- Able to travel across Enniskillen and the wider region
