Job Description:
A great OOH campaign can become part of someone’s everyday life. It’s there on their commute, outside the mall, at the intersection they pass every morning, or on the screen they see before they walk into a store.
As a Media Planner, you’ll decide where brands show up in the real world, and make sure those decisions actually come to life. You’ll build OOH media plans, work with media owners and vendors, manage campaign timelines, and solve the unexpected things that happen between the plan and the street.
This is hands-on media planning. You’ll learn how audience, location, visibility, budget, and execution come together, while building the judgment to know what makes a placement worth the investment.

What You'll Do
- Turn business objectives, audience behavior, and location data into OOH media strategies that put brands in the right places, at the right moments.
- Plan across billboards, transit, retail, roadside, digital OOH, and other environments, thinking beyond individual placements to the role each one plays in the campaign.
- Use audience, mobility, research, and media data to identify where brands can reach people most effectively and build the rationale behind your recommendations.
- Work with Investment and media owners to evaluate locations, formats, availability, costs, and opportunities, making sure the plan works commercially as well as strategically.
- Bring Creative, Strategy, Data, Investment, and other specialists together so the idea and the media work harder together.
- Keep looking beyond the standard OOH playbook, from new formats and digital OOH to cultural moments and emerging opportunities, and bring ideas worth putting in front of the client.
A Bit About You
- At least 2 years of OOH media planning experience in a media, integrated, or advertising agency.
- You understand more than formats, locations, and rates. You understand why a particular place, moment, or environment can make a campaign more effective.
- Comfortable working with audience data, mapping, research, media metrics, and budgets, and confident turning them into a clear point of view.
- Naturally curious about how people move, commute, shop, and experience the city, and what that means for brands.
- Proactive and collaborative, with the confidence to challenge the obvious and defend a better recommendation.
- Ambitious to become the planner clients trust for the thinking behind the plan, not just the person who puts the plan together.
