Media Operations Manager

About the role

The purpose of this role is to support the CEE Media and Digital Director with media related process, implementation of CEE & global projects, cooperation with Media Agency and servicing the local markets to ensure operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities

  • Day to day work with Media / Digital managers in clusters on media topic

  • Running Global Projects i.e. Unicorn, Sufficiency, JBPs etc.

  • Overseeing Test & Learn and Innovation agenda

  • Managing media cost guarantees and supporting cost negotiation process

  • Supervising media tools and reporting process (Lumina, Media Sense Tracking)

  • Building partnership with the external partners (Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Teads

Minimum Required qualification:

  • Min 5-years’ business experience working within media, marketing and/or advertising roles, ideally working in a regional role managing media, measurement, or communications projects in the similar industry

  • Fluent English and Polish language skills

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

  • Strong understanding of media market, KPIs, tactics and media operations

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
