We are looking for Media Network Specialist (Social Media | Content | Creators) who will cover the following:

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Amplify, develop and strengthen local Social Media pages by engaging the local consumer with relevant content and high quality community management

Develop and produce social first content concepts around our marketing mix with a hyper focus on local relevancy

Use the right mix of local and global content to ensure year-long audience engagement. Have a strong understanding of what local content will work with a local audience, and how to program it.

Manage RedBull.com: oversee event pages, athlete profiles, editorial etc.

Assist Media Network Manager in consistent relationship management with existing and newly involved Creators

Build, maintain, and manage an impactful, relevant and brand fitting Creator roster with focus on strong and trustful relationships

Constantly pitch new talents to expand the pool of creators across platforms and stay uptodate on all trends and developments in the industry

Maintain a strong focus on ongoing and credible product integration into the everyday life and content of Creators. Ensure that all content created by or with Creators aligns with guidelines and maintains authenticity

Monitor, track, and report on the performance

Qualifications

2+ years of work experience preferably as a SMM/Content/Creator specialist

Expert in identifying where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage them with content according to their consumption behavior

Has a constant sense of online trends and knows how to drive Word of Mouth online

Has past experience actually running social media accounts

Experience in content production (editing, shooting, etc)

Knowledge of social copywriting and community management

Good knowledge of the Creator Marketing scene and a great feeling for content and trends

Strong communication skills and loves to be connected and surrounded by people

A history of working with creators and content creation

Ukrainian – fluent (as all external communication is in Ukrainian); English - upper Intermediate+.
