Opportunity to join a permanent role at WPP Media PK: 
Upon graduation from the program, the good performers throughout the program will be offered the opportunity to join a permanent role at WPP Media and its agencies as Assistant Manager.
What your day looks like at WPP Media:

  • Work closely with Media Planners to develop and maintain media plans and strategies
  • Prepare and update purchase orders within the execution framework
  • Manage Tracking of Client and Competition.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate campaign launches including troubleshooting and resolving any issues with media/account teams and media vendors
  • Analyze data to provide client with recommendations for optimizations.
  • Maintain relationships with media suppliers and internal teams
  • Prepare and update media flowcharts for Media Planner’s assistance.
  • Monitor client billing; resolve any related issues
  • Ensure all media projects and innovations proceed according to plan and on deadline
  • Participate in media-planning strategy meetings with team members, and help develop new ideas for client media plans.
  • Maintain a record of basic deliverables i.e. Droppages, premium positions etc.

Who are we looking for? 

  • Bachelors Degree holders from Media/Marketing/Digital backgrounds and with at two or more internships experience in the relevant field.​
  • Final year students graduating in December 2025 & June 2026 may apply.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in oral and written communications.
  • Demonstrate strong interest to build an exciting career in media and communications.
  • Appreciation for numbers, statistics and data with the ability to interpret and translate the findings into successful media campaigns.
  • Adaptable to constant changes, as the media business is ever evolving.

Interview process:

First Round:

  • Screening call and engagement with the WPP Media PK Talent Acquisition Team. 
  • Enter into the Aptitude Test to qualify into the next interview stage.

Second Round: 
Qualified grads will be invited for the Assessment Center and Panel Interviews with Business Directors/Departmental Heads at the premises.

Final Round: 

  • Final interview with the Leadership and finalist will be sent reference checks formalities based upon the panel feedback/evaluation
  • Reference checks from colleagues and professors to follow
