The Role

The Media Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of global cross-channel Masterbrand media strategies for IFP (International Family Care and Professional), in partnership with regional (ABUs) and local market media leads, Digital Experience and Content teams. You will work with cross functional teams to deliver breakthrough media strategies, advising on optimisations and audience targeting to ensure we reach consumers effectively with the right message at the right time. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and executing cross-channel media strategies for deployment by ABUs/Markets

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging and design across all media channels

  • Analyse media performance to optimise media strategy and share trends and insights to improve future performance

  • Advise on biddable media strategies and set-up to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness

  • Coordinate with external agencies as required to ensure success of campaign execution and optimisation

  • Lead on audience insights and performance marketing techniques such as personalisation and dynamic content, partnering closely with Creative & Comms and Digital Experience teams for an integrated approach

  • Lead innovation and best practice, ensuring Kimberly-Clark keep up to speed with industry changes

  • Ensure agencies are pacing and managing budgets effectively

You will also need the following qualifications/experience:

  • A background working in a global agency role would be ideal

  • Proven ability to plan and manage cross channel PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared & Owned media) campaigns in a multi-market role

  • Experience working in cross functional teams

  • A strong understanding of media metrics & KPIs used to measure media performance

  • Familiarity with adtech platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, as well as DCO technology is preferred

  • Experience taking analytical insight into action for media optimisations

  • Experience with both offline (TV etc.) and digital channels (Programmatic, Search, Display etc.)

  • Experience using 0 Party Data & 1st Party Data within media plans for audience targeting
