Job Description
Media Manager
E-Commerce Department
Based in London, or Warsaw
As a Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our Paid Media strategy across multiple European markets. You will drive performance across channels such as Paid Social and Display, ensuring media investments deliver maximum returns. By managing relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders, and coordinating cross-market activations through our hub organization, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our success in media campaigns.
What will you do?

Implement the Paid Media strategy across European countries (Paid Social, Display, and other channels)

Optimize performance and maximize return on media investments
-
Manage relationships with agencies, budget owners, and other internal stakeholders
-
Activate cross-market campaigns through our hub organization
-
Collaborate with teams across regions to ensure seamless execution of media strategies
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
-
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Paid Media campaigns
-
Preferably from an agency background with strong expertise in Paid Social
-
Excellent commercial acumen and data-driven, results-oriented approach

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for future campaigns

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence decisions

Strong project management skills, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
