Job Description - FNBM Media Manager (F/H)

The FNBM Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing media strategies to achieve marketing objectives within the France-Netherlands-Belgium-Monaco cluster. This role requires a deep understanding of the local media landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage budgets and agency relationships effectively. The Market Media Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all media campaigns are aligned with overall global and Regional brand strategy and deliver measurable results. 

Key Accountabilities

Media Strategy & Planning: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans across various channels, including digital (social media, programmatic, display), traditional (print, OOH), and emerging media. 
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, media consumption habits, and market trends. 
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all media campaigns. 

Campaign Management & Optimization: 

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of media campaigns, from brief development to launch and ongoing optimization. 
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment (ROI). 
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance. 

Relationship Management: 

  • Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, and publishers, ensuring favorable terms and high-quality service. 
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams at HQ or at the Regional level (e.g., content & creative, ecommerce, CRM, etc.) to ensure integrated campaign execution. 
  • Present media plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. 

Reporting & Analysis: 

  • Prepare regular reports on media campaign performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations. 
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on media effectiveness and provide insights for future planning. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in media planning buying.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Years of experience in media planning, buying, or a similar role, with a focus on France-Agency experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel media campaigns. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social media advertising, programmatic) and traditional media. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, media buying platforms). 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with budget management and agency oversight. 

Reporting to the FNBM cluster Managing Director, with a dotted line to the VP marketing Europe.
