Summary 

The Media Integration Specialist supports the seamless delivery of media solutions that meet customer expectations and enhance the overall user experience.  They ensure media compliance with technical standards, manage content workflows, resolve issues, and uphold industry regulations.   


Core Responsibilities 

  • Conduct media testing, including cross-referencing content tracking sheets, verifying content, and confirming proper display on RDUs  
  • Learn and understand system setups, customer requirements and profiles  
  • Validate technical compliance of media, including checks for audio/video sync issues, language verification, aspect ratios, and metadata  
  • Track vendor problems and reporting errors to the appropriate team members  
  • Log incoming digital media, ensuring timely communication with account managers  
  • Verify SD cards, duplication processes, and maintaining inventory  
  • Perform alternative integration tasks for content deliveries as needed (SVT, EIS etc)  
  • Ensure lab compliance with established standards, MPAA regulations, and security protocols   

Requirements

Core Qualifications 

  • Technical, vocational, or certificate-based training in a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education  
  • 1+ years of experience with media integration, media operations, digital content management or related skills  
  • 1+ years of experience in the In-Flight Entertainment industry highly desired  
  • Demonstrated accuracy in reviewing and verifying data or content  
  • Capability to assess compliance and identify discrepancies effectively  
  • Skilled in addressing issues and communicating resolutions with teams  
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word processing programs

Physical Demands: 

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear 
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms 
  • May be required to handle or feel objects, tools or controls 
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus 

Skills Required
