Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable reporting deliverables, including dashboards, report templates, and data queries.
- Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality reports are delivered on schedule with consistent formatting and visual standards.
- Produce clear, accurate, and insightful analyses based on KPIs, performing thorough proofreading and data validation.
- Respond to client queries and feedback regarding reports, and contribute to internal training initiatives to improve team knowledge and efficiency.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of media data to generate insights on brand perception, media performance, and industry trends.
- Utilize software tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to extract, manipulate, and present data, collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive value-added initiatives.
- Deliver reporting in Finnish and/or Swedish as required by client needs.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in media data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting software; familiarity with dashboard tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong data validation and proofreading skills.
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and/or Swedish, with the ability to explain insights clearly to clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative media analysis is preferred.
