As the Media Implementations Senior Associate, you will be responsible for being the day-to-day point of contact for all YouTube advertising campaigns. They plan, coordinate, implement, and collect assets for advertising campaigns, ensuring that campaigns go live on time without any hiccups.
Position Responsibilities
Manage advertising campaigns from an end-to-end process workflow. Liaising between clients from Media/ Creative Agencies and with Sales Account Management and Video Specialists
Resolve high volume of support requests in a fast, precise, and professional manner; mostly written, but in some cases live video calls
Respond and handle client requirements on assigned cases within Service Level Agreement
Follow standard operating procedures with regard to campaign implementation while maintaining efficiency throughout the entire process
Understand client requirements and implement them with stringent quality parameters
Develop mastery of the product, and use this to resolve support requests, route them to appropriate teams if needed, or escalate if necessary. Identifying the most efficient solution, and process gaps and proactively suggest improvements
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledgeable and trained on Digital Marketing
Strong communication (esp email business writing), customer service, relationship management and support skills
2+ years related work experience in Project Management and related skills
Highly responsive and productive under time pressure; able to consistently deal with high volumes and prioritize the work accordingly
Amenable to working on night shift, holidays and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion is an advantage
Strong technical ability and marketing platform experience is an advantage
Basic hands-on knowledge in Internet products and technologies & basic experience of HTML, AdWords or DoubleClick for Publishers is a plus
Experience in supporting Advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Mobile), Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with in-depth knowledge on various online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click or Cost Per click, Cost per Day, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View, and/or Cost Per Acquisition) would be preferred
