What You’ll Do:
Step into the fast-paced world of Euroleague Basketball media and play a key role in ensuring everything runs seamlessly!
Reporting to the Media Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our media management team, keeping EuroLeague and EuroCup Basketball content flowing. From ingesting matches, clips, and highlights into our DAM system to creating and managing melt reels, you’ll ensure media is organized, accessible, and ready for action.
Your enthusiasm will shine through as you help source material for edits, plan recording schedules, and troubleshoot any hiccups in transfers. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll manage metadata, produce logging templates, and ensure all games have comprehensive statistical and TV logs. You’ll also help facilitate the delivery of games, features, and other content to the Euroleague Media portal, keeping broadcasters and partners stocked with top-tier material.
This role is perfect for someone fresh out of college. A willingness to learn and work hard is essential - if you’re ready to make your mark in sports media, we’d love to have you on board!
PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed-term contract until July 2025 based our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Help ensure EuroLeague and EuroCup Basketball material, including matches, clips and highlights programmes are ingested and archived to IMG studios DAM

Create and manage the leagues melt reels
-
Help source material for edits
-
Plan and scrutinise recording and ingest activities of MSA

To communicate any failures in transfers to the relevant personnel.

Ensure appropriate logs and metadata are associated with archive
-
Ensure EuroLeague and EuroCup games have statistical and TV logs
-
Upload games, features and all other ELB material to Euroleague Media portal and ingested to drives
-
Ensure all rushes and archive are ingested and available for edit
-
Delivering transcoding requests internally and externally from international partners

Housekeeping of ISIS and Nearline storage
-
Researching and clipping archive material on request
You Will Have the Following Strengths:

A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and, if possible, Avid.

A solid understanding of different file types.

While previous experience in TV production is not required, a keen interest and enthusiasm for the industry is essential!
