THE ROLE:
As a Media Buying Executive, you’ll be part of a skilled team of media buyers and ad operations specialists, driving the strategy, setup, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. Working closely with teams in London, the US, and Latin America, you’ll define campaign objectives, develop strategies and KPIs, and manage budgets to ensure strong performance outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for campaign setup, ongoing monitoring, and optimization, using data-driven insights to enhance results. Additionally, you’ll create detailed performance reports for clients, offering clear analysis and actionable recommendations to support business goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital campaign optimization within a DSP environment, ideally gained in a digital advertising agency or large advertiser.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong numerical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- Methodical problem-solver, able to approach challenges with structure and precision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent time-management, ensuring deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience with DSP platforms such as Xandr or MediaMath
- Experience and Certification in Google and Facebook Ad platforms
- Experience working with teams in multiple locations
IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU KNOW:
- Hands-on experience of digital advertising operations
- Experience of ad serving platforms (DCM, Flashtalking)
