The Opportunity

We're building something remarkable. V2 is rapidly expanding our offerings to global and high-growth media and ad sales clients. To support this expansion, we are scaling our multi-channel marketing engine. We need a sharp, self-starting Media & Ad Sales Marketing Manager to help us scale. 

This isn't a support role. You'll be a key player working directly with our CEO, Chief of Staff, and SVP of Alliances & Business Development, shaping how V2 shows up in the world, from our HubSpot CRM to our LinkedIn presence to industry conferences and beyond. You'll operate across strategy and execution, bringing both creative instincts and analytical rigor to everything you touch.

What You'll Focus On

    HubSpot Marketing & CRM Database Management You'll be the owner of our HubSpot ecosystem, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, pipelines, segmentation, and the data integrity that makes all of it meaningful.

    Soon to Be Launched Network (It’s a Secret) Help build and scale our flagship thought leadership vehicle - from content strategy to production coordination to audience development and event programming.

    Thought Leadership Content Creation & Refinement Write, edit, and shape content that positions V2 as the go-to voice in ad sales transformation. You'll work with senior leadership to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives.

    Website & Online Presence Management Help manage the V2 digital footprint, site performance, SEO/AEO, UX improvements, and keeping our online presence sharp, current, and on-brand.

    Blog, LinkedIn & Social Media Management Help develop and execute a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn and other channels, building V2's voice and community with every post.

    Email Campaign Management Help design, build, and optimize email programs that nurture prospects, engage clients, and amplify our thought leadership.

    KPI Metrics & Marketing Insights Generate the dashboards, reports, and insights that connect marketing activity to business outcomes. You'll help us get smarter with every campaign.

    Industry Events & Conference Management Coordinate event logistics, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and our presence at major industry conferences. Think ad sales, media, and technology ecosystems.

    Multi-Channel Lead Generation Support Support the development and execution of an integrated lead gen strategy that spans content, digital, events, and outbound campaigns.

    Alliances & Channel Marketing Support Partner with our SVP of Alliances & Business Development to support co-marketing and alliance activities with key platform partners including Salesforce, Databricks, HubSpot, and others.

What You Bring

  • Communication that cuts through. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling across formats,  from executive decks to punchy LinkedIn posts.

  • End-to-end program ownership. You can take a project from kickoff to completion without losing the thread, regardless of complexity.

  • An analytical mind. You don't just create campaigns, you measure, learn, and optimize. You're comfortable with data and know how to build insight from it.

  • Consulting or professional services marketing experience. You understand the nuances of B2B, relationship-driven sales cycles and long-form brand building.

  • Values alignment. You operate with transparency, take accountability seriously, and don't cut corners.

  • Startup DNA. You've worked in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and loved it. You figure things out. You move fast and iterate.

  • Media and ad sales fluency. Some experience in or around media, ad sales, or the broader advertising ecosystem is a strong differentiator.

  • Independent creative production. You can write, design, and produce content on your own — and it looks and feels on-brand without needing three rounds of review.

  • HubSpot expertise (required). Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub is non-negotiable.

  • AI platform proficiency (required). You work natively with Claude, Gemini, or other leading AI platforms, not as a novelty, but as a daily productivity multiplier.
