Position Responsibilities:
- Together with Agency Business Development (ABD) and branch/district leader to prepare plan and strategy to achieve sharia sales, recruitment, and activations in the designated area also to review and monitor its execution in regular basis.
- Together with Agency Executives to ensure sales team have obtained sharia training before conducting sales as mandated by regulation and review sharia training materials in regular basis.
- Together with distribution communication to create sharia communication plan and strategy, prepare the materials such as sharia campaigns, event, knowledge, etc., as well as to distribute the promotion material to each supported area.
- Establish a good relationship with sales team in agency and Bancassurance in designated area along with giving support to any initiative and activity to open new potential sharia leads/market.
- Answering sales team inquiries and escalate any issue related sharia to respective agency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) form Accounting/Economic/Marketing/Finance/Management preferably from Sharia Background.
- Have intermediate knowledge of sharia accounting, investment & advance knowledge about sharia life insurance.
- Have sufficiency knowledge of sharia life insurance regulations and provisions from OJK-IKNB Syariah, DSN-MUI, and others.
- Highly developed communication & relationship skills & have experience in creating and managing an event both literation and inclusion.
- Minimum 5 (five years) have an experience in Financial Service company preferably from Life Insurance, Bank, or Sharia company/institution
- Proficient using various computer application programs, and other relevant information technology skills especially Microsoft Office
