Mechanical/Technical Designer (Latham NY)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D model designer with expertise in Autodesk Inventor or equivalent solid modeling software. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in drafting standards, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing, solid modeling design & project management
Your role:
- Create/revise complex 3D models & drawings of assemblies & piece parts in Autodesk Inventor.
- Utilize a working knowledge of drafting standards and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing to communicate requirements & design intent.
- Gather technical inputs cross-functionally while using clear & concise written documentation skills to both relay and record technical information.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in complex 3D modeling, detailed technical drawings, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing, project management fundamentals and strong written communication skills.
- Your skills include 3D modeling (Autodesk Inventor preferred), technical drafting, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing. Bonus if you have experience with project management and/or coding skills.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re a highly organized & detail-oriented team player with a strong emphasis on creative problem solving.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (NY) is $30.00/hr-$47.00/hr
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
