Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Supervise and direct hourly maintenance craftspeople to ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Scheduler/Planner and other departments to meet plant reliability goals.
- Manage site utilities, mechanical concerns, maintenance contracts, and infrastructure.
- Establish and track work schedules, standards, and supply needs to optimize productivity.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs in compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
- Coordinate plant construction and shutdown activities with engineering and reliability teams.
- Ensure maintenance work aligns with environmental regulations and safety policies.
- Conduct job safety analyses and support EHS, quality, and food safety programs.
- Lead investigations into system failures and implement corrective actions.
What Makes You the Right Fit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage priorities and resolve conflicts.
- Proficient in ERP systems; SAP experience highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of GMP for food additives and pharmaceutical excipients.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP).
