To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Sr./Staff Mechanical Engineer located in Nanshan R&D.

Reporting to the Mechanical Director, the Sr./Staff Mechanical Engineer role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

1.    负责电源插框/PDU多合一集成产品结构设计、评审组织、技术文件、样机装配、开模申请、零部件认可，公差分析等结构专业开发工作.

2.    配合工程师或客户进行结构专业方面的需求对接、问题解决沟通，必要时出差客户现场进行交流与问题分析解决；

3.    参与或负责插框或电源相关机械测试。负责产品的包装设计，并参与解决测试中发现的问题。

4.    负责样机至量产结构技术问题解决，技术文件变更等维护技术支持工作。

5.    支持工厂NPI产线生产，解决生产中的机械相关问题。

6.    输出储能电源产品结构件的2D图、3D图、组装图、爆炸图，编制BOM表,装配和操作说明书等技术文件；

7.    对产品模具进度持续跟进，试模检讨与修改，测试、认证和验收评定

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

1.    6年以上设计经验，本科或以上学历。

2.    有独立完成Shelf、PDU或电源开发量产产品的经验，精通pro/e绘图软件；

3.    熟悉常用塑胶件、五金件结构设计，熟悉塑胶与五金材料特性、应用加工与工艺，熟悉相关结构设计的技术规范及安规要求；

4.    掌握CNC加工、钣金、铸造、焊接、冲压、注塑、金属表面处理等相关工艺；

5.    具备基本安规电气知识，熟悉母排载流计算；

6.    工作积极主动、自主学习能力强，有不断探索、创新、解决问题的精神和能力；

7.    具有团队协作精神，有良好的执行力, 较强的抗压能力与责任心。

8.    英文读写良好。
