The Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Mechanical Specialist in Di-Ammonia
Phosphate (DAP) to join our team.
The Mechanical Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring
the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment related to DAP production. The ideal
candidate will have a strong mechanical background, expertise in DAP processes, and a
proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical expertise and support for mechanical systems and equipment used
in DAP production processes.
2. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on DAP production equipment
to ensure optimal performance.
3. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes of failures, and implement
corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize repairs and preventive
maintenance tasks.
5. Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment for
DAP production.
6. Develop and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, and documentation
for mechanical systems.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental
requirements in all mechanical operations.
8. Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and process improvement
initiatives.
9. Provide training and support to operations and maintenance teams on mechanical
maintenance best practices.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices
related to mechanical systems in DAP production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Candidate should have Experience in DAP (Diammonia Plant).
- Experience in the same position not less than 5 years.
- Work Location : Turaif or Ras Alkhair, KSA
